Fyxer Pricing 2026 and the Cheaper Fyxer AI Alternative

Fyxer AI costs $49 per seat per month on Pro and $99 on Team, billed monthly. On annual billing the same seats are $37 and $64 a month. There is a Free plan, but it neither drafts replies nor sorts your inbox, and Enterprise is priced by contract. Those numbers are about three weeks old. Until mid-September 2026 Fyxer sold two different plans, Starter at $30 and Professional at $50, so most Fyxer pricing pages you will find, including ones published this month, still quote prices you can no longer buy.

How much does Fyxer cost in 2026?

Fyxer bills per seat, and a seat is one paid member however many inboxes and calendars that person connects (Fyxer, 2026). People who only need to read shared notes can be added as free Viewers.

The 14-day free trial is a trial of Team, with unlimited credits. When it ends you drop to Free unless you pay, and Fyxer's FAQ says there is no separate trial of Pro. Fyxer's FAQ puts the annual discount at 25% on Pro and 35% on Team. Pro and Team are self-serve at any size, and Fyxer asks teams of 10 or more to talk to sales for a volume quote.

What changed in September 2026

We pulled Fyxer's pricing page from the Internet Archive at four points between July and October. The switch happened between the 19 September and 29 September snapshots.

Who this costs depends on which old plan you were on. A single-inbox user who paid $30 for Starter now pays $49 for the cheapest seat that drafts replies, a 63% rise. A Professional user paying $50 for multiple inboxes now gets that on Pro at $49, so their price barely moved; what they gained is a credit meter they didn't have before. Team at $99 is a new tier above both.

The annual Pro price also moved after launch. On 29 September the annual Pro card read $32. By 7 October it read $37, and the toggle label had changed from "Annual (35% off)" to "Annual (up to 35% off)". If you priced Fyxer in the first week of the new plans, re-check before you buy.

Existing customers aren't forced across. Fyxer's FAQ says people on legacy plans can stay on their existing plan or move to a new one (Fyxer, 2026).

What Fyxer costs at 5, 10 and 25 seats

Fyxer's page prints a per-seat price and stops, and the gap between plans only becomes obvious once you multiply. The Fyxer rows use the displayed rates; teams of 10 and over can ask Fyxer for a volume quote, so treat those rows as list price. NeatMail has no team plan, so its rows are one personal subscription per person.

NeatMail Max is the fair column to compare against Fyxer Pro. NeatMail Pro caps AI drafts at 100 and follow-ups at 50 a month, while Max has no cap on either and covers two mailboxes, with extra mailboxes at $10 a month each. At 25 people on annual billing, Max costs $6,350 a year less than Fyxer Pro.

Fyxer Team is a different purchase. The $64 to $99 per seat buys shared follow-ups with named owners, team reporting and a company profile built from team email. NeatMail has no equivalent. If your team needs those, compare Fyxer Team against other team tools rather than against NeatMail.

What do Fyxer's credits actually cover?

Credits are the part of the new pricing that's easiest to miss. Pro includes 3,000 a month per paid member and Team 6,000, pooled. For the first three months both are unlimited as a launch offer, so the limit only starts to matter in month four. Each action has a fixed price (Fyxer, 2026):

Sorting is cheap. 3,000 credits spent only on sorting would cover 15,000 emails a month. Meetings are what use the allowance up. Fyxer's own example of a Pro month is 5,000 sorted emails, 25 recording hours and 25 chat messages, which totals exactly 3,000, or 50 recording hours with nothing else.

Here is what that means for a Pro user with ten hours of recorded meetings a week. That is about 43 hours a month, or 2,600 credits, which leaves 400 credits for sorting: roughly 2,000 emails a month, or about 65 a working day. Add a chat question a day and the sorting budget is close to gone. Fyxer says it warns you at 80% and 100% of your allowance, and that when credits run out on Pro "sorting pauses first, recording continues".

The Free plan's 400 credits work out to about 20 chat messages or 6 hours 40 minutes of audio notes. Free doesn't sort or draft at all, so it isn't a free version of the email assistant.

NeatMail doesn't meter this way. Labeling is unlimited on both plans, and the plan limits are the draft and follow-up counts above.

Is NeatMail a good Fyxer alternative?

NeatMail is a good fit if you came to Fyxer for the inbox: sorting incoming mail into labels, drafting replies in your tone, and catching what you owe people. Both connect to Gmail or Outlook over OAuth and work inside the client you already use rather than replacing it. Neither sends anything without your approval.

The differences, in both directions:

• Price. NeatMail is $9 or $19 per person per month ($7.50 or $15.83 on annual billing) with a 7-day free trial and a 14-day money-back guarantee. Fyxer's cheapest seat that drafts replies is $49.
• Follow-ups. Both now track them. Fyxer's pricing page lists a follow-up list on every plan, refreshed continuously on Pro and shared with owners on Team. NeatMail files each commitment it finds under a Follow up label inside Gmail or Outlook, so the list lives in your inbox rather than in a separate dashboard. Fyxer is also much bigger: Stripe reports it grew from $1 million to $32 million in annual recurring revenue in a year and serves more than 100,000 professionals (Stripe, 2026).

Fyxer AI vs Superhuman

People often shortlist these two together, but they work differently. Fyxer adds AI to the Gmail or Outlook you already use. Superhuman Mail asks you to move into its own client, then adds AI on top. Is Fyxer safe to use with your email?

Fyxer publishes a mature security posture for a young company: SOC 2 Type II, ISO/IEC 27001, GDPR, and HIPAA for Enterprise customers. It says it never sells your data and that the AI providers it works with can't train their own models on it (Fyxer, 2026). One detail worth reading twice: Fyxer's FAQ also says you "can opt out of Fyxer's own model training at any time", which means its own training is on until you turn it off. And if you delete your Fyxer account, it says your inbox reverts to how it was before.

NeatMail approaches trust differently. Because the code is source-available, you can audit it instead of relying on a certificate, and self-hosting keeps your email on infrastructure you control. It connects over OAuth and has CASA Tier 2 verification.

Which should you choose?

Choose Fyxer if a meeting notetaker is central to your day, if your team needs shared follow-ups with owners and admin reporting, or if your buyers require SOC 2 or ISO 27001. Check how many meeting hours you record before picking Pro over Team, because recording competes with sorting for the same credits.

Choose NeatMail if you want the inbox half of Fyxer for a fraction of the per-seat cost, follow-ups tracked in a label inside Gmail or Outlook, no usage meter on labeling, and code you can read or run yourself.
